Using TripCost Pro

TripCost Pro is a free travel budget calculator provided for personal, non-commercial trip planning. By using the site you agree to use it lawfully, not to misuse or overload the service, and not to scrape or redistribute its cost estimates or destination data for resale. We may update or remove features, destinations, or data sources at any time without notice.

Estimates are for planning, not booking quotes

Every cost figure shown on TripCost Pro is an estimate generated from publicly available cost-of-living multipliers, distance-based flight heuristics, and cached exchange rates. Prices for flights, hotels, activities, insurance, and visa fees change constantly and vary by provider, season, and booking date. TripCost Pro does not sell, book, or guarantee any travel product. Always verify real prices with the provider before you book. We are not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of these estimates.

Optional email signups

The calculator never requires your email. If you choose to sign up for optional travel tips, you consent to storing your email and trip details as described in our Privacy Notice. You can request removal of your stored details at any time by contacting us.

Third-party and affiliate links

Where present, links to flights, hotels, insurance, and other providers take you to independent third-party services with their own terms and privacy policies. TripCost Pro is not responsible for the content, pricing, or availability of those third-party services. Some links may be affiliate links, which can earn the site a referral fee at no extra cost to you.

Limitation of liability

TripCost Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its estimates.
