What the calculator stores

You can enter trip details without supplying your name or email. When you choose to unlock an estimate, we store your email, optional name, destination, estimated total and currency, traveler count, nights, travel date, travel style, consent choice, and the time the record was created. Only authorized administrators can read and manage those lead records. Data is hosted using Base44’s services.

How those details are used

The details record your estimate request and are available to the site administrator, including through CSV exports. Unlocking a result does not subscribe you to marketing. Automatic emails are not currently sent. Lead records remain stored until an administrator removes them; no automatic retention period has been configured. The site operator must establish a retention policy and a public contact channel before launch.

Rates and diagnostic information

Your browser stores exchange-rate data for up to 24 hours to reduce repeat requests. Diagnostic records include the exchange-rate provider, result source, cache status, response time, and rate date. We do not include your email or trip destination in these diagnostic fields. Frankfurter receives the server’s request for public USD reference rates, not the lead form. Platform hosting may process technical connection information.

Advertising and partner links

Advertising scripts load only after an advertising slot is configured and you opt in through an ad placeholder. Google may then process cookies and other information under its own policies. A certified consent platform may be required in your region; the site’s basic opt-in alone does not fulfill all such requirements. Affiliate links, when enabled, take you to independent providers that may track referrals. Their privacy notices apply on their websites.

Your choices

You can decline the email unlock or leave the optional name blank. Clearing saved ad consent below stops future ad-script loading on a page reload; it does not delete Google’s existing cookies, which you can manage in your browser. Clearing the local cache does not delete a stored lead. Data access, correction, and deletion requests must be handled by the site operator; an operator contact channel has not yet been provided for this unpublished site.
